For colleges and universities,outstanding talents gradually evolved into the key elements for accelerating school growth and achieving a more ideal academic competitiveness.The performance assessment system is conforming to the actual situation and has an incentive mechanism.That is a key way for colleges and universities to attract talents and retain talents.This thesis has conducted in-depth research and analysis of the current management system.The thesis which combined with the actual needs of Sichuan Vocational College of Chemical Technology's performance appraisal had tried to find the best technical solution.According to the demand analysis,the thesis designed and developed the system,in order to optimize the management and improve the efficiency,and finally,it realized the performance evaluation system which was in line with the actual situation.Referring to the performance appraisal mode of other similar vocational colleges,the thesis made a demand analysis and system design for performance appraisal.The system mainly includes seven functional modules,which are System settings,performance feedback,performance monitoring.The thesis has took full consideration of the development cycle,application scope,time cost,labor cost and other factors,and combined the actual situation of the college,adopted the B/S framework,used SQLServer as the backstage database support,combined with the PHP programming language for software system design and development.We should also fully consider the compatibility and extendibility of the new system and the original system.It had developed modules of the system by using the technology of MVC design pattern and ThinkPHP framework.According to the requirements of software testing,it strictly had carried out unit test,integrated test,etc.After all tests are passed,the system had been deployed to the server for trial use and collect feedback data.Finally,the system had been optimized,and can be formally used.The performance appraisal management system of Sichuan Vocational College of Chemical Technology discussed in this thesis is based on performance appraisal reform and improvement of management quality.It would introduce a KPI and 360-degree evaluation system,combined the advanced compensation system of public institutions with the advanced concepts of human resource management,and it also developed an information-based performance assessment management system for performance appraisal of Sichuan Vocational College of Chemical Technology.This system has improved the efficiency of the college's performance appraisal work,thereby improving the comprehensive level of performance management and effectively handling various problems encountered in the performance management of faculty.
