With the increasing openness of China's financial industry and the emergence of Internet financial innovation,competition among commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce.The scientific and effective performance appraisal mechanism can enhance the sense of belonging of employees,stimulate their potential,enhance their performance and consolidate the overall competitiveness of the commercial bank,which has important theoretical and practical value.On the basis of studying the current situation of performance management in domestic banks,this paper points out that a scientific and comprehensive performance management system should integrate financial and non-financial indicators,emphasizing the role of performance communication and performance counseling.The thesis adopts the JavaEE framework structure,designs and implements a personnel performance management system for the banking department.The thesis completed the system software structure design,completed the detailed design of each function module of the system through class diagram and sequence diagram.The module includes employee information management,department evaluation management,attendance data management and performance evaluation,etc.The database design was completed through the table structure.On the basis of the analysis,on the basis of the detailed design of the system,the technical implementation of the module is completed respectively,and the implementation process of the system is described by typical code and running effect diagram.After the system is implemented,by writing test cases,the typical functions of each module of the system are tested,and the performance test of the system is completed.The test results are used to verify whether the expected design business objectives are achieved.The thesis completed the functional test and system performance test of each module.After testing,the bank personnel performance management system has been put into trial operation and received good application results.It is currently being promoted by other commercial banks.
