With china’s accession to the deepening of economic globalization, the competition of Negotiable securities become more and more intense. In order to improve the core competence of securities companies and the ability to adapt, the companey fundamentally improve the company’s overall performance and efficiency. In order to achieve the performance of individual employees and enterprise whole performance consistency, the company must establish an effective performance evaluation and define performance performance management system. The establishment of security staff performance appraisal system in the human resources management plays a very important role.The struction of performance evaluation system, performance data acquisition, system construction and other aspects are studied in this thesis, firstly, the research background and significance of this system design, analysis and discuss the performance evaluation of the theoretical framework and system element, systematic analysis of performance appraisal index selection method. Then, study and discuss the evaluation value setting method, how to use the serial ratio method to reasonably determine the index weight and index standardization processing method, analyzes the construction of Fuzhou branch of ZhongXin Contruction Negotiable securities Securities evaluation strategy, the existing network topology structure and company organization chart, on this foundation, put forward a kind of new evaluation method, and determines the evaluation method of the specific implementation plan. Finally, from a business process, the system function module design, database design and other aspects, gives the detailed design of the system, a detailed description of the heterogeneous database as well as the activity of formula for the realization of the process, lists some evaluation methods and functional module of the implementation effect.By experimental test and operation, software design is reasonable, the results correctly, achieved the expected objectives and requirements of project design. ZhongXin Contruction Negotiable securities Securities Company can meet the construction of the staff assessment requirements, the company with the help of the software can be used to implement the performance assessment of the information processing work.
