Human resources information management system is suitable for Fushunconstruction company, which design and development according to the company’sactual demand. This system can help to improve the company’s existing managementstyle, to let the human resources management staff free from the heavy manual work,to realize the rational allocation of the company internal personnel through humanresources effective management, to make the company’s personnel plan, to adjust thesuitable positions according to the staff’s personal ability, to let them totally presentthemselves to bring the better economic benefits for the company.This study has been designed and developed human resources managementinformation system of Fushun engineering construction company, based on MVCmodel, SSH framework and J2EE development plat. This system realized the humanresources information management function, and after a series of tests, the system tonormal operation. This study mainly completes the following tasks:(1) By the request analysis of object-oriented analysis and design methods ofsupervision system of human resources, all requests of users were actualized, thearchitecture and work flow were designed, and viable solutions were settled, theanalysis and design drawings were drawn use the Rational Rose.(2) In order to ensure the safety of system, designing the different user, and theinternal staff could used different system function based on their own positiondivision of different permissions.(3) Some partial functions of MVC system were realized by Eclipse andMYSQL database server based on the MVC model and some kinds of tests wereexecuted.(4) The major functions of the system include user login, organizationmanagement, contract management, salary management, recruitment management,training management, attendance management and performance management etc. Itcan switch different operating systems to ensure the security of the system accordingto the permission level.The system operation could show that the solution proposed in this paper for the human resources information management is feasible, and it could fulfill the Fushunengineering construction company for human resources management.
