Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has all kinds of human resources data and information related to With the the social employment artificial increase, statistics on human resources information management has become a daunting task. However, at present, Anshan City mountain of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau still use manual information management, information library management and use of the information content as well as related information and files updated by hand manually operated. A few years ago to try to buy some off-the-shelf personal information management software, but due to a small personnel information management software can not handle so much data, and large-scale personnel information management software and expensive. In addition, information management software is not for human resources customized information management function is too simple, commonly used query function simply cannot meet the actual user query needs.To solve this problem, this study will draw on information management office automation technology, development of human resources information management system. Of a detailed analysis of the needs of the system, the use of object-oriented program design, the use of structured design methods, development of the system uses B/S mode. The system consists of human information management module, information retrieval module, system management module, the back-end database using SQL Server2000. The paper describes the functional architecture of the system, carried out a detailed description of each of the sub-function modules, given design. Details of the establishment of database, maintenance, and front-end application development. Ultimately the information query, modify, delete and add files, job evaluation, salary, and other management.System to achieve the results show that:the purpose of the system is able to achieve a comprehensive statistical information on human resources and management, to solve the various problems encountered in the current human resource management process, and to overcome the traditional management issues such as error-prone.
