Civil transport airports emergency rescue is an important part of the aviation security system, and also is the basic guarantee of aviation safety, the accident situation,decisive disposal of various emergency events and emergency rescue work, will avoid or reduce casualties and property losses, to reduce the impact of light on the normal operation of the airport. Especially Lhasa airport high above sea level, eight kilometers from the runway center points within the mountain range, river is extremely complex,road condition difference. Emergency management command platform especially when a crisis occurs, the decision to deploy resources, management crisis, providing relief route, guide the rescue team in the first time quickly arrived at the scene.This paper first describes the emergency rescue command platform of Lhasa airport auxiliary system development background, development of home and abroad,and the development tools and key technologies of the system are introduced.Emergency rescue command platform adopts three layer architecture of emergency management, emergency management application layer service layer and data layer in emergency management, content management, geographic information service based implementation of emergency rescue, route guidance, content sharing, interactive and released the emergency rescue plan, high raw features and rescue, emergency rescue and other functions.In this system, the use of J2 EE development, back-end using highly efficient and stable Oracle database as a storage system, management platform program uses the Java language development, the use of Eclipse integrated development environment, using J2 EE framework Java can directly generate efficient original executable code, can greatly improve the transaction processing speed, and can be combined with Weblogic middleware framework provides automatic scheduling and Web interface. The whole project life cycle according to the software development project management requirements in practice, complete the system feasibility analysis and demand analysis and detailed enough, using V development model; must be in the outline design and detailed design stage output unit test cases and integration test case, milepost guarantee of each stage can effectively control; after the realization of the system, are the performance testing, the indicators of concurrency, reliability reaches the design.
