It’s an important part of the Coal mine safety work to Emergency rescue of Coal minedisasters. At present, with the rapid development of a variety of coal mine safety monitoringtechnology, all aspects of the coal mine monitoring and control equipment to coal productionline,it’s greatly to improve the prevention and control of coal mine safety. But Emergencyrescue of Coal mine disasters itself is a systems engineering, According to the different typeof accident disaster, the extent of the damage may cause accidents, accidents mine geologicalconditions, etc., to use of rescue technology and equipment are not the same.At the same time,the determination of the rescue plan, the adoption of technology and equipment are requiredto make accurate judgments and coordination management in a relatively short period of time.Therefore, the establishment of a relief for all levels of the mine emergency rescuemanagement information platform, to meet the new era of mine emergency rescue work awide range of business needs, thereby enhancing the efficiency of rescue operations, reducecasualties and property losses.This paper is based on the above reasons, combining the domestic and foreign relatedmaterials and the development of China’s relevant information fusion and industrializationtrend, in the thorough investigation Shaanxi ChengHe mining bureau emergency rescue workbased on demand, sorting out the current status and problems of emergency rescue work. Adetailed analysis of functional requirements and performance requirements based on thedesign of function module, emergency rescue information management platform, design of6categories and42function modules of the platform, including system informationmanagement, parameter management, cardinality information configuration, emergencymanagement, data management, report query management. To establish the model of platformservice using UML, establishes a model for physical data using PowerDesigner, using the Spring framework based on MVC to construct the system architecture model, and using J2EEframework for the realization of the system. With rescue basic information database integrity,and the rescue of enterprise information and rescue expert database, the basic realization ofthe mine emergency rescue can according to the accident types, different number of accidents,combining mine emergency rescue base database and rescue expert database, automaticgeneration of emergency preplan, satisfy the mine emergency rescue work, businessmanagement, routine exercises, business assessment and wartime emergency plan of theautomatic generation and so on, to appease the needs of a coal mine emergency rescue.The information platform by Chenghe bureau of mines for more than two years runningand perfect, currently running in good condition, the next step plan to increase all aspects of3D simulation exercises, the mobile terminal applications, rich outreach Interface.
