Airport is the principal part which is responsible for handling with unexpected accidents and conducting emergency rescue plans. However, the interior attributes of airport emergency need the collection, disposal, analysis of emergent information colud be finished in a very short time. If all work relies on manual work, there will be a high probability on rescue work misplaying and tremendous loss. So, it is pressing to provide powerful support for the airport emergency plan through establishing a new airport emergency resuce system, relying on the advanced information technologies and management solutions. This dissertation conducted a detailed research on related theory and implementation of airport emergency rescue work, and got a clear view on the setup of airport emergency plan. A workflow model was established, including the process model, organizing model and data model. The function module, security module, communication network and architecture module are designed. And then, the fulfillment and deployment process of airport emergency resuce system which relies on JBPM workflow technology is introduced detailedly. Finally, this dissertation conducted an in-depth research on the resuce case for airport emergency rescue system based on CBR theory and introduced a hybrid algorithm for the similarity measurement between two features, which greatly improved the efficiency of rescue case search. The airport emergency rescue system in this dissertation transformed the process of airport emergency work from manual work model into information and network model, resolving problems such as low communication and terrible collaboration performance, which greatly upgraded the effciency of resuce work.
