Choice of the system is the use of JAVA language as a development tool in the MyEclipse 7 platform, MySQL as database platform, connecting the data and the reception of data and user operation of the required system, and the whole development process based on CMMI3 process development, during which can be tailored according to the situation, to standardize the software development process to reduce the risk, and do not meet the conditions.
