With the popularization of computers,it has become an important research direction in current enterprise management to improve the efficiency of human resources management by using the convenience and speed of computers,so that human resources management of power enterprises can be more effectively planned and developed.In this paper,the human resource management system of electric power enterprises has established a set of human resource management system suitable for the internal power enterprises,which provides the functions of authority division,organization information management and department information management for enterprises,in order to complete the operation and support of human resource management system.The human resource management system designed in this paper is programmed by ASP.NET.The whole system is developed by three-tier architecture mode.The system uses object-oriented visual programming and has a good man-machine interface,which can reduce the learning time of the system and make it easy to start.At the same time,it provides a backup for the expansion of functional requirements that may arise later.Interface,through the early exchange of related work affairs of the power sector,to understand the relevant business processes of human resources management,comprehensive survey feedback results,put forward the actual application requirements of the whole system,mainly including four functional requirements:(1)the establishment of institutional information management is for the whole enterprise.The basic information between different departments can be well integrated.Each Department has its own internal management relationship.Different departments have corresponding managers and telephone numbers.(2)Position information management is to establish the information of each position within the enterprise.Its specific content should include the personal information of each employee's name,department,basic work items and so on.Enterprise managers can use this module to design and modify the personal information of designated employees.(3)Personnel archives management is mainly responsible for recording and managing personal personnel archives information of employees on the job.It also includes adding operations to personal files of new employees.In addition,staff promotion must add new post records.(4)Contractinformation management is mainly responsible for the issue of labor contract signing between employees and enterprises.It should include the record of contract information between all employees and enterprises in the enterprise,and can query,change,delete and add new contract information to the personal contract information of employees in real time.It should also be able to conduct relevant audits of different contracts.The human resource management system of electric power enterprises in this paper uses modern management mode,combines with the actual workflow of human resource management related business of large enterprises,replaces the traditional manual management mode by using software system,and unifies the collection and management of human resource related content in enterprises,so as to form a unified management system.A unified set of norms,on the one hand,improves the efficiency of related enterprises,on the other hand,saves the cost of management,greatly reduces the management of power enterprises.
