Recently information technology has been widely applied to various fields.In order to advance the competition ability,including Grid Corporation more and more fields busy to promote their information technology.Like other systems,the current human resources management(HRM)system of Grid Corporation has also need to be reconstructed,upgraded and integrated.Because most of our current HRM systems are stand-alone desktop application system which is so tightly coupled that it is hard to meet us for sharing data and business among the working units in different layers inside a system,or among multiple systems in one company.However,the Grid Corporation is composed of multi-stage subordinate enterprises,it is important for them to share information.What's more,to adapt the requirements by changing for the system reconstruction capability,the Grid Corporation badly needs a unified HRM system.Considering the above situation,it is increasingly important to develop a new HRM system to meet requirements of the Grid Corporation.The research on HRM system in this thesis is the one system aiming at integrated management system with full-function for large-scale state-owned enterprises' HRM system,and it is designed basing on B/S model.By means of the investigation and analysis the business process of HRM system of Grid Corporation,the system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements are determined.The system is much more effective with such advantages as simple installation,maintenance and upgrade and it is also with highly reliability and easy to operate.The research work of this paper includes the following three aspects:Overall scheme design,in order to solve the problems of the difficulty in maintaining and limited use range defects of C/S model,this paper determines the system is based on B/S model for design and development,and based on the J2EE platform for functional implementation.What's more,the system introduces Struts framework to reduce the development complexity.The analysis and design of Human Resources Management system for Grid Corporation.At first,the system which includes System Management Module,Performance Management Module,Train Management Module,Recruitment Management Module,Attendance Management Module,Payroll Management Module and Employee Management Module is determined by service demand analysis and function demand analysis.Second,this paper completed the database design and security design for the system.The implementation of Human Resources Management system for Grid Corporation:this paper implements the function of the system,based on system analysis and design,.The system should be able to fulfill requirements of Human Resources Management for Grid Corporation and can improve management level and working efficiency.Human resource management is one of the core links of the electric power enterprise development and management.The information means which used in HRM can effectively promote the efficiency and benefits of the electric power enterprise production operation.HRM system established in the paper not only fit for power system,but also can be applied to the national army,petrochemical industry,cosco group and other large enterprises,which can provide more efficient tools for HRM and improve the work efficiency of enterprise management for the large state-owned enterprises.And,the model established in this paper can further expansion of information technology to support the enterprise HRM and deeper the HRM intensification.
