| Domestic commercial banks abandoned the business philosophy of “product-centric†turn to the core ideology of “customer service centerâ€, and began to build the CRM(Customer Relationship Management System) to make this core idea become action. Commercial banks need to build a strong and efficient agency as CRM, which combined the institutions, and organized customer service information for banks to provide decision supports, and can provide an intuitive, three-dimensional service platform including management, analysis and deconstruction. Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank’s CRM system is mainly to serve the Bank’s business, so the construction starts from the business sector and the management sector. Under the above background, this paper presented the idea that put the use of CRM into Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank. Through the application of CRM system allowed banks changing the develop concept of “product-centric†from the traditional “product-centric†to “customer-centric†and “service-centricâ€. In the same time, reassembles the administration organizational systems and functions to improve the performance. Management systems provide the efficiency and enhance innovations, R & D and marketing capabilities of products, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of modern banks.This paper describes the basic content of the customer information management system, and further defining its meaning in this article. Then the banking information of several commonly used in information technology, such as architecture model, development tools, programming languages are analyzed, they are the technical basis for the bank customer information management; Secondly, focusing on the current situation and development direction of Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank, the customer information management system has been operating levels and levels of analysis needs analysis, puts forward the basic framework of the system. Focuses on the design of the system, including the system’s overall design, system design and system modules need to be resolved, including a special presentation system module design, including product information management module, customer, employee management module, information inquiry center module, warning management module the system management module has five major; then elaborated product information management module, customers, staff management module, information inquiry center module, warning management module, system management module; last bank customer information management system has been tested, the test results indicates that the system performance test results meet expectations, functional design to achieve the functional requirements. |
