Development And Application Of Customer Information System In Personal Wealth Service

Since the21st century, China’s economy maintained rapid and steadydevelopment. People’s incomes increase, a large number of emerging affluent groupsgradual emerge. Under the influence of the Internet financial and other new things,financial investment philosophy of residents continue to mature. Bank customersdemand levels of personal financial services market is also undergoing profoundchanges. In this era of opportunity, develop a customer information system forbanking personal financial services to use, to explore the integration of customerinformation, to use computer and Internet technologies for customer segmentation andpersonalized marketing, to improve the efficiency of the bank, it is very necessary.This paper will describe the development process of the whole system, includingneeds analysis, technology selection, system architecture, setting up a developmentenvironment, database design and the system implementation. The system uses theMyEclipse platform, using SQLServer2005database, using the MVC pattern and theS2SH framework.Based on the study and research status of personal financial services andcustomer information management system of domestic and foreign commercial banks,the system makes a detailed analysis of the personal financial services needs of acommercial bank. The system is divided into five modules: the basic customerinformation management module, customer assets and liabilities informationmanagement module, financial management module, financial tools module, systeminformation management module. And the paper makes a detailed design for the fivefunctional modules, database models and data sheets. The final tests results show that,the function of each module has been implemented and can run normally, achievingthe desired performance. Finally, the paper summarizes the results of this study,including the harvest and deficiencies of the system development process and afurther improvement can be made. Paper focuses on system requirements analysis andarchitecture design.
