It means that all the phases of the development should be controlled and precise.The author had researched the basic theory of program process, and read few of literatures. After discussed the techniques which are used generally, the author assimilated the good aspects, while discovered the disfigurement of them. Whit the summarizing of theory and accumulating of experiences, the author brings forwards the Precise Development Process of Program based on Rational Unified Process. The Precise Development Process of Program carves up the process of program clearly. And it has defined integrated documents which used in the process of development.With the requirements of actual works, the author used the Precise Development Process of Program into the development of TFTM CKD Management System. According to the methods austerely, this project had been completed perfectly.This paper has designed and actualized a logistics management system which faced TFTM and controlled this project by using the precise program development. With the success of this project, it had bear out the usability and advantage of precise program development.
