The New Aircraft Development Project Management Database System Program Design

Informatics shows an important development trend in science, technology,economy and society in the world. With the development of science and technology,application of digitalization management technology is gradually changing the traditional military manufacturing industries. Digitalisation management technology is such a system which converts modem managing pattern and informatics technology into a Man-machine integrated technical system. As one important part in modem enterprise management activities, program management converts tradition to digitalization gradually. In this way, it lays a firm foundation for realizing scientific management and whole converting series to parallel control and preferment. In view of developing a brand new aircraft, it is high time for us to put more efforts into the research of digital design, digital manufacturing and digital management; to set up digital system for design, manufacturing, management and application. Widely applying this technology in the development of new aircraft may directly enhance our aircraft design, production, and technical innovation capability, may ensure the accomplishment of the development task of new aircraft, and promote the development of aviation industries.As an important part of digital technology, the digitalization of program management for the newly developed aircraft plays an important role in the whole aircraft development process. Presently, Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Corporation (hereinafter CAC) has developed a program information managing software, which has improved the management level for military new programs. The main target of the program information management database system is to realize the dynamic integrated management in the whole process of developing aircraft program including program establishment, program planning, implementation and program control, to establish our managing platform, where program managers can link the system and get all newly-updated data, thereby control the whole program efficiently.Based on the current program managing status and the program management practice in CAC, the writer of the thesis put forward configuration to set up a data base to realize digital management in new developing military programs. First, it analyses the request of the information database, then according to the analysis, it gives a design theme for building up the database, including system design, processing flow, software construction, interfaces, data configuration, and error corrections. Through testing and analyzing the data base, it proved that the design of the scheme can meet the requirement of new developing aircraft program management.
