According to the technical advantage of distribute typed object and package, it combines closely technique of Web, DBMS, and ODBC, and develop the operation of expanding strongly, being easy to keep the maintenance, and being efficient, as well as visiting the different database system providing the cross-platform to support Web's connecting the system structure, finish the vivid and applied network teaching system to solve the demand of teaching work effectively.This paper aims on developing a real-time, expandable Web teaching system which supports all processes of it. Principles of basic design are reliability, flexibility, openness, and safety. This paper sets a talk on how to design a multifunctional website on Web database, according to the major study of students, and develop a new teaching pattern with the combination of studying and teaching. This paper emphasizes on the following points:1. The statement on the study background, contents, the plans and constructions of Web teaching of this item.2. The design plan of the realization of the Web teaching system. It states on general framework of constructing teaching system, analyzing the functions of its system in details, the conception design of database, logical and physical designs.3. The design plan of the combination of website design, applied program and database after finishing the system.
