The Study On Conformity Of Human Resource Basic Information And User Basic Information In ERP And CRM

With the changes in competition environment of enterprises and commerce mode, the phenomenon, a user being inner user and as well as outer user in ERP and CRM,is more and more prevalent. Furthermore, the borderline between them is becoming more and more vague. Separating strictly inner user with outer user has brought many troubles, such as information redundancy brought by one user acting many roles, the difficulty in changing one's role, etc.In our papers, we merge inner user and outer user into a new conception "user" and distinguish them by "role". Another new conception-"role" is brought into our system. In order to flexibly manage roles and not to bring new troubles to our system, we put forward an new idea that we will connect all roles of our system with "role-relationship-net " which has so many characters, such as freely defining role-type and role-relationship-type according to operation requirement; building your own "role-relationship-net"; finding any other role no matter from where you begin your finding. So you can search roles and role-relationships conveniently and flexibly.Because we develop our system on the base of HJ MVC, so we must firstly introduce its architecture and principle. We will focus on how to developing our system on this architecture.During the system designing we combine the result of system analysis with technology system structure and put forward a new software development model. In this model we divide system into several sub-layers, and strictly control visiting popedom in order to assure the system's high cohesion low coupling, good maintainability , easy expansibility , being good transplantable,etc.This system will be used to upgrade the old version of user basic information management and human resource basic information management in ERP and CRM developed by Department of Electronic Business under Browser/Server pattern. Our system has passed through the inner test of Department of E.B of HJ Software Company.
