Productive equipment is the foremost productive source of manufacture industry. By the development of science and technology, variety and quantity of productive equipment in manufacture industry becomes more and more, degree of equipment automatization becomes higher and higher and information and data related to equipment becomes more and more complicated, so the demand to modern enterprise which equipment management brings forward becomes higher and higher. Undoubtedly equipment management takes a more and more important role in enterprise management.This paper is to develop ASIMCO-EMIS based on Browser/Web Server/Database Server for ASIMCO Nanyue(Hengyang) Co., Ltd, its main content includes:1. By analyzing and comparing main theories of equipment management inland and oversea and considering the factual condition of AIMCO, brings forward the idea of equipment "whole management": based on Total Normalized Productive Maintenance and integrated with advantage of other theories, which is the primary rule of equipment management of AIMCO.2. Stipulates the system demand of ASIMCO-EMIS and by detailedly analyzing setup of equipment management structure, classification of equipment management function and relationship between structure and operation of ASIMCO, brings forward the primary aim, the function modules and the structure of ASIMCO-EMIS.3. Establishes the rule and method of system design, selects environment of system development and develops and finishes detailed design of system structure, description of system function module, model of system data and design of system code.4. By selected run environment of system and software tool, settles some key technology problem, such as system security, wrong against, parameter transfer, refresh against and multimedia pages design and develops a useable ASIMCO-EMIS.ASIMCO has purchased many big information management software, such as MIS,PDM,ERP, but information management of equipment is still weak. That EMIS this paper tries to develop is not only the supplement to MIS,PDM and ERP but also an independent software to spread to manufacture industry.
