Design And Implementation Of Network Performance Evaluation System Of The Agricultural Bank Of China

Now, management by assess performance has become the main tool which manage and develop the human resource, and which has the support function significantly to sustainable development of the company. As an important content of modern large enterprise management, the management by assess performance becomes more and more important. Therefore, the design and realize the system of bank industry become an increasingly urgent needs for the bank enterprises. Bank managers also recognized assessment management theory of the early days has been unable to meet the needs of today’s society, so the first task is to develop a scientific performance appraisal management system, to guide the staff, which can effectively support the development of industry of bank. So, according to the realities of node of the Agricultural Bank of China, I have carried on the design of performance appraisal system.My thesis is on the basis of the experience of both at home and abroad performance appraisal management theory, and through the combination of theoretical analysis and study of practice, and according to the node of bank requirements, at last design the performance appraisal management system. Starting from the demand of the system, I put forward the key technique of system implementation in the process, and I mainly discuss the design, analysis and realization of my system’s functions. Because the characteristics of performance appraisal management system business process is complex and are a wide range of users, I use the frame of B/S(Browser / server) and J2EE(the edition of Java 2) to construction my distributed management system of enterprise applications. So, it can fully meet the demand of node of the Agricultural Bank of China.In the design and programming of my system, through the design of multi-layer architecture, based on J2 EE technology, using SQL Server 2008 as the database system,I construct the application system database based on Internet. For using the B/S architecture, the system greatly relieves the pressure of the client hardware. Through matching with the mature ASP.NET technology, my system can realize the performance appraisal management system to meet the corresponding requirements. So, it is a fullfunction system. Finally, through the SQL Server database technology, has realized the real-time and secure data storage.
