With the rapid development of science and technology, the position of talent in the enterprise is growing, which an important resource for companies is competing. In a society that pay attention to science, how to use of personnel scientifically and reasonably, maximize the potential of employees, it becomes a object of attention for the modern enterprise. And for companies, establishing a reasonable and effective appraisal system can help employees discover the advantages and achieve a “multiplier”effect---with a minimum consumption of human at least get the maximum benefit.Assessment methods based on key performance indicators are means for enterprise to measure employee performance, then using appropriate analysis algorithms to analyze date on employee performance 、 finally 、 analysis results can help companies locate employees, promote and strengthen self-management of staff, to enhance work efficiency and quality of staff. The traditional paper-based management and computing has not catch up with the pace of the time, in this times of internet rampant, large data still need computer to complete, this not only saves manpower, but also can improve efficiency, while increasing system scalability, enterprises can easily adjust employee performance assessment methods based on recent developments at any time, can realize a staff a appraisal way, different levels of staff appraisal methods can be different. Using computer management performance assessment possesses the advantages of manual management can’t reach, such as, the retrieval rapidly, the search convenient, the secrecy well, long service life and so on. Therefore, the development of such a set of key performance appraisal system is very useful for the modem enterprise.On the basis of existing software research and development technology, the paper is determined based on J2 EE platform, using B/S architecture development, SQL Server2008 database manage all the data structures, background business processing applications in the Java language, the front page design using Kendo UI dynamic development technology. Eventually, after analyzing the various needs of the enterprise,developing a set of key performance indicators appraisal system which extract business software-related information by network, use performance appraisal rule analysis key technologies, form a series of results of assessment data. The performance appraisal system achieve self-assessment of key performance and employee inquiries,administrators setting of key performance and weight settings, staff appeal to their performance evaluation, multistage assessed the appraisal of employee performance,and other functions.Key performance appraisal system can promptly and effectively discover and feedback achievements and shortcomings of the employees, can motivate employees to improve performance, while improving brassiness unity power and management efficiency, and finally achieve the common development of the enterprise and employees.
