With the advent of the era of economic globalization,the financial industry is facing enormous opportunities and challenges,the bank as the core of the financial industry,its development is the focus of the development of the financial industry,for the banking market,the scientific and reasonable performance assessment is to promote An important way for the healthy development of enterprises.In recent years,with the performance evaluation of an important indicator is the KPI,the indicators are systematic,value traction and orientation,is a major assessment of bank performance.Although the existing bank performance appraisal has adopted the assessment method,but more than a formal design of a performance scoring system will be included as a basis for KPI indicators.Therefore,this article innovation,based on the KPI,developed a bank performance automatic scoring system,the system has a convenient and high confidentiality,can improve staff performance appraisal efficiency.The design process of the system is as follows.This paper combines the existing bank performance evaluation model and puts forward the requirement of adapting the performance of contemporary bank performance.The system adopts SSH architecture,and uses a variety of current advanced technologies(such as JSP language and SQL Sever database)to make the system have good scalability and common And the KPI-based bank performance automatic scoring system based on the overall design and functional design,analysis system module function division,namely staff information management,KPI rules management,scoring management,employee complaints,scoring results audit and system management,through Focus on the analysis of the functional modules,and ultimately to achieve the system platform.The final test results show that the system meets the design requirements.Through the system,the KPI indicators are controllable,adjustable,analysis of employee performance information,can adjust the performance tasks at any time,so that the task is not too difficult to combat the self-confidence of employees,it is not too easy to reduce the enthusiasm of the staff,So that the performance of the assessment task has always been maintained in a mobilization of staff enthusiasm,and promote the growth of bank performance status.
