SSH Architecture Design And Implementation Of The Performance Appraisal System Based On Public Security

All public security departments have good measures in police officers managements, while all measures are inefficient, and difficult to ensure their fairness in police officers managements, which reduced the efficiency of the public security organs. Nowadays, we continue to push forward the reform of personnel in public security, and how to effectively carry out the assessment work has become a focus and difficulty in police officers managements.In this thesis, we in-depth study the demands of public security performance appraisal system, combined advanced computer technology and based on the requirements of the modernization of public performance appraisal system; we proposed the points of our study: the design and implementation of public security performance appraisal system based on SSH architecture.Through reading a lot of literature, and research the application status of performance appraisal system in police officer, we pointed out the shortcomings of the performance appraisal system: inefficient management, assessment injustice, which makes the reform of personnel system assessment difficulty to undertaken.Secondly, the paper analyzes the specific work process of public security appraisal system, pointed out the detailed requirements of its business process. The paper gives a detailed explanation of the function of public security performance appraisal system Combined with the system of business process diagrams and system use case diagram. Our work include: non-functional requirements analysis, data requirements and functional requirements analysis.Based on the system requirements analysis, we design and implementation our system. Among them, the main function modules include: user management module, self-appraisal management module and evaluation of performance management modules. We using flowchart detailed design of each module, using database table structure and entity class diagram describes the data design process. Finally, we test our system, through system test, verified our system meet our demand.In the last part of this paper, we summarize the results of our study and pointed out the shortcomings, provide a good reference for future research.
