With the continuous expansion of the industrial scale of aviation research institutes,the traditional performance appraisal model can not scientifically and efficiently evaluate the business units,chief designer systems and employees of aviation research institutes.At the same time,the business system has data silos,different management services are isolated from each other,information can not be shared and interoperability,seriously affec ting its communication efficiency and longterm development.Therefore,the establishment of a performance appraisal system based on data analysis is an urgent problem to be solved by aviation research institutes.The main work of this paper includes the f ollowing three aspects:(1)System business requirements and function analysis part.Based on the data analysis of the business system of aeronautical research institutes,this paper designs and develops a performance appraisal system based on DSH architec ture to realize the scientific management of comprehensive plan management,workload evaluation,plus and minus points and positive and negative incentives.In the design and implementation of the system,a large number of preliminary business needs were investigated,and the performance appraisal system structure,functional modules,key processes,data model,business system integration design and other aspects were fully analyzed and demonstrated.According to the requirements of aviation research institutes for data security and confidentiality,the functions of role-based secret level,function module open control and object-oriented authority management are designed to ensure the system data security.(2)The functional module design of performance app raisal management system for aeronautical research institutes based on DSH architecture is described.On the basis of the overall design of the system,the business database is built,and the main functional modules,such as comprehensive plan management,quantitative evaluation,positive and negative incentives,weight setting,assessment result analysis and confidentiality management,are developed.After the completion of the system development,the paper puts forward the perfect system test scheme,anal yzes the function test and performance test of the system,and puts forward the test conclusion.(3)The performance appraisal system is implemented and tested successfully.The DSH architecture adopted in the system,based on the traditional MVC,plus Aja x no refresh and server-side interaction ability and powerful widget(UI component),makes the production of complex interface more convenient.It reduces the data conversion and push between different interfaces,effectively ensures the originality of the business execution process,reduces the burden of the client,and reduces the jump between different pages,so that users can get a better experience.Based on the above advantages,DSH architecture is chosen to construct the performance appraisal system of aeronautical research institutes.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it shows that the system provides support for the performance appraisal management of aviation institutes.
