With the development of science and technology, China’s public securityadministrative system is being reformed, especially police performance appraisalsystem to get the related experts and scholars and government attention, through thepolice performance appraisal system, contributes to improve the efficiency ofresources utilization within public security organ. Discover through the analysis,China’s police examination system the lack of established theory and practiceexperience, at the same time monitoring means and technical deficiencies, for policework management process and the specific undertaker monitoring into the system,monitoring not in place, the corresponding, post responsibility system will not bereally implemented, at the same time, evaluation system dispersed, without acomplete specification and standard, this paper aimed at the problem of existenceundertook comprehensive analysis and discussion.The performance level of management information system in order to policeofficers as the center, convenient operation, improve work efficiency for the purpose,in strict accordance with the technology of object oriented requirements analysis andsystem design, the system user to quickly understand the police in all aspects ofinformation to facilitate maintenance and management, improve the performanceappraisal of grade management. This paper analyzes the business process, functiondemand, data flow, detailed design of the database logic model, software structure ofeach module, and the development of the system for testing. This paper adoptsBrowser/Server mode, the use of Web database technology, developed a consistentwith the public security department work is real, close to my city public securitybureau of the performance appraisal rating management information system, solvedthe unit in performance evaluation of confusion, not standardized, attributive notclear problem, improve the performance appraisal management efficiency.
