With the advent of the era of new media, contemporary college students of media contact is more frequent. A deluge of information through new media infiltrate the college students’ study and life. College students as a national training of high-level personnel, need to master a certain knowledge of media, to understand the meaning of the medium, learn to use media literacy further shaping their outlook on life, world outlook, values, to face all kinds of media information has a certain theoretical and critical ability. This article in view of the contemporary college students of media contact and understanding to do a questionnaire survey, we analyzed the should improve the ability of media literacy. Through micro lesson this new type of teaching resources, to design the corresponding courses. So as to improve the media literacy teaching system, and also for the micro course more discipline in the design and development to provide the reference.This article first chapter combed the related concepts of media literacy and lessons, the status quo of research both at home and abroad, to lay the foundation for research. The second chapter, through the questionnaire survey of college students’ media literacy research and analysis of the current college students’ media literacy status quo, summed up the college students’ media literacy and to improve the deficiency of the place. The third chapter to the ADDIE model for teaching design, design a series of the college students’ media literacy courses. The fourth chapter in the class, for example, detailing its teaching target, teaching tasks, teaching tactics and teaching process. The last chapter is the summary and prospect of this study.
