College students are the main group of the Internet users, and the stutents'characteristics and the single living environment determines that the proportion of the Internet is far higher than other social groups. As the daily tool, Network produces much positive impact on the students'study and communication, such as improve the efficiency of using the information and enhance their sense of autonomy. However, the negative effect of the network is also very prominent, such as spam, net crime and the illegal communication, which greatly endangers the students'cognitive and growth. Thus, the topic about net literacy is widespread concerned by the community, but due to the limitation of the reference samples and the delay of the theoretical basis, the network literacy research is still in its infancy. In addition, considering that the students generally owns the necessary media basis, the traditional judgment on the media literacy and net literacy is slightly far behind. Therefore, it is great of importance that rejudges their net literacy from the diverse perspective, and the article is born on this background.Shenyang is this article's the research area. Firstly, the article starts from the analysis of the conception of net literacy, which illustrates the six aspects from the network technical features and network social features, including the cognitive of network, the utilization of network, the performance capability of network, the control and identification of net-information, the self-discipline of network and the ethics and safety-awareness of network. The cognitive of network, the utilization of network, the performance capability of network, and the control and identification of net-information are the key-concerned part of the net literacy research of the audience on the condition of the technical features of the new network. According to the seven aspects of the conception, the author designs the questionnaire, concerning the net literacy investigation and the net literacy education. The small-scale sample survey starts in six universities of Shenyang. The author conducts the detailed quantitative analysis for the survey result, and summarizes the status of the students'network literacy. At the same time, the author conducts the deeper logical analysis for the students'three kinds of net behaviors with the social-psychology view of Alexei Nikolaevich Leontyev on the basis of quantitative analysis, and drives several potential factors that affect the formation of net literacy. Finally, based on the summary and analysis, the author links the net literacy research to the social culture development and the campus culture development, and tries to draw some feasible view for the university network literacy training from the wide angle of mutual influence and infiltration, which may provide the reference value to speed up Chinese net literacy research.
