This research, through explaining the local characteristic culture resource of Chizhou city melt the feasibility trained in undergraduate's media literacy, investigate and analyse the current situation of undergraduate's media literacy, put forward the instructional strategy of training students by different theme activities, utilize the media environment of the campus actively, utilize the internal and external media resources in the campus to develop the activity of accomplishment educational practice of media, train students' media literacy in the protection and development of the local characteristic culture resources of Chizhou city. And in undergraduate's " media literacy " and confirm the generalization of media literacy in teaching design an practice of the publicly-elected lesson, the local characteristic culture of Chizhou city in media, the local characteristic culture of Chizhou city in reality, the local characteristic culture in my eyes, I came to the local characteristic culture Chizhou city communication, total five content of courses of theme, have adopted the teaching tactics of regarding student as the centre, regarding moving about as the centre and regarding platform of Internet as supplement, use many kinds of teaching methods of explaining the teaching method, operating and demonstrating the teaching method, comparing the teaching method, practice teaching method etc. to implement teaching synthetically, have made better teaching result. Having reviewed and summarized practice finally, researcher and practitioner that undergraduate's media literacy will be regarded asking as in the future educates offer reference.
