Design And Implementation Of Message Group Sending System For The Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Today the regulatory of SMS sending has become more and more strict, the platform must use both advantage of the SMS marketing and fit the management requirements.This paper is based on the enterprise daily management work, combined with the actual situation, constructing the enterprise platform. Enterprise can use the platform promote information technology applying ability, the platform can be used to carry out the customers caring and business marketing work by using text messages.First describes that with the improvement of SMS, the importance of it which can promote enterprise information management ability, and also analyzed the situation of group messaging development in the domestic, the advantages and existing problems of text message, and the necessary key technology in the process of the design and implementation of this platform.The second, though simulating the scene of using the platform, analyzing the feasibility,requirement, functional and nonfunctional requirements. With the demand management of small and medium-sized enterprise text messages, the goal of marketing, first determine the main functional modules, and deciding the relationship of each function module, accordingthe detailed demand analysis, making every layer module designing clear, the database system adopts Oracle, using Java to write the program, on this basis, the paper analyzes the relationship between each table of the database, has been clear about the data table fields and definition of the main module. Will system planning for the enterprise management, personnel management, management, public announcement management, security settings, sensitive word message usage, enterprise information, and other important modules, each module has a corresponding small modules. Construct the function of each module can effective coordination, ensuring smooth functioning of the software. Also lists the specific implementation interface and some key code. Finally a simple test results were analyzed.In this paper, the design and implementation of this platform is a combining of the Internet, text messaging and so on, can realize small and medium-sized enterprise internal and external business communication needs. The system interface is very convenient, the people can quickly to learn to use, the cost is low, good extensibility and can help companies using text messages to better internal release, external marketing, for small and medium-sized enterprise internal and external information management provides a convenient and quick, has higher application promotion value.
