With the rapid development of information technology, the traditional enterprisecompetition has been transformed into the network and information technology competition.Corporate management also has occupied an important position in the enterprise competition,so in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, to design a sound humanresources management system is essential. To construct a system of human resourcemanagement, on the one hand, can improve the efficiency of the employees and improveemployee satisfaction, on the other hand can also reduce the cost of enterprise and creategreater benefits.Based on the reference to a number of human resource management theory relevantliterature, the human resources management system is designed and implemented by means ofSSH framework. The human resource management system uses B/S architecture and MVCdesign pattern, it uses Unified Modeling Language to complete the system analysis andmodeling, it programs with Java language based on SSH framework technology. Firstly, afterexpounding the status and the key technology of the human resource management system, thispaper analyzed this system. Secondly, on the basis of system needs, the human resourcemanagement system is designed, which comprises system summary design, system classdiagram design, system function module design and database design. Then, The humanresource management system mainly achieves management of the enterprise organizationalstructure and personnel mobilization, the main functions of the system are departmentmanagement, position management, staff management, talent management, system usermanagement, personal information management, report generation management. Finally, theeach module of the system was tested. Test results show that the system meet the needs of theusers. During development of human resources management system, it strictly follows thestandards of software engineering development, it sequentially do the needs analysis, systemdesign, system implementation, system testing on the system, to ensure standardization andintegrity of the system development process.Human resource management system achieves the information technology, networking,automatic management for enterprises; it comprehensively improves the efficiency of human resource management, solving the management problems of the larger enterprises. In addition,the system also can better optimize enterprise personnel management and can share humanresources. But the functionality of the system to be further expanded to improve, Function canbe extended on attendance assessment, performance evaluation, and compensationmanagement.
