Human resource is an important cornerstone of the enterprise. It is a key for the survival and development of an enterprise. Only by constantly improving the level and concept of development and management of human resources, can promote the economic development of the enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of the market. With the continuous development of the enterprises and the scale of the expansion, the daily management of enterprise information is also increasing. For the huge amount of information, the use of human resource management mode is not only lost time and waste resources, but also increase the cost of management, and the accuracy of the data is not high.This paper designs and realizes a human resource management system which adapt to the requirement of high and new technology area. The system is based on the local area network environment which can cover the various departments of the high tech park, and use B/S mode, effective integration of the Struts2 and Hibernate framework, reduce the coupling of system architecture. The system has strong maintainability and flexibility. Use the system, we can make personnel management,compensation performance management, department management, recruitment management and so on. The system's operation is simple, convenient and flexible which realizes the paperless and office automation. After test the various functions of the system, this system functions are all accord with the requirement of system design.It provides a good theoretical basis and practical significance to human resource management system development which bases on B/S mode.
