Information is the inevitable choice to speed the accomplishment of industrialization and modernization of our country. The ERP system, because of its compositive management information, is becoming a very popular management software in the information of business. At the same time, human resource management is an important module of the extended ERP system.The thesis tries to lay stress on the research and foundation of new human resource management system in the background of information of business and designs the function model, information model, relevant criterion and regulation of modern human resource management system. In order to meet the requirement of human resource management of Nanjing Kangni New Technology of Mechantronic Company Ltd., the thesis attempts to set up a general framework and structure of the system, design the human resource management system, the model of function, the model of information, arrangement of software and hardware, the classification of different function modules and interfaces. Furthermore, the design and evaluation of the effect evaluation system is accomplished.The system designed in the thesis can be operated easily by users and integrated in other management systems. As a result, it can fulfill the requirement of human resource management of Kangni corporation well.
