Coal and oil are the key parts of the major energy resources in China at present.The levels of the development of coal enterprises vary greatly. For example, there stillexists the traditional manual mode in the management of enterprises. Themanagement of human resources does have many problems. The informatizationmanagement of human resources and the manufacturing management of enterprisesare not well combined, which results in more difficulty in improving the overall levelsof information management of the enterprises.With the development of coal enterprises and the increasing number of staffs anddepartments, the human resources management bears a heavy burden, and its cost isrising. As the traditional manual management is unable to fit into the currentdevelopment, the informatization of human resources management is becoming a newtrend. Thus, a computer usually has the advantages of processing more accurately athigh speed and with big data.A lot of domestic coal enterprises human resources management did not keep upwith the speed of the development of enterprises, the competitiveness is obviouslyinadequate. At present our country a lot of large state-owned coal enterprises are inthe phase of deformation transformation from traditional enterprise system to modernenterprise system, the traditional manual management of human resources has beencompletely unable to meet the development needs of the modern enterprise in the eraof information. Therefore, the need to reform the internal management ability andmanagement means to build the competitive advantage of the enterprise.Coal enterprises often have a great influence on the Chinese economicdevelopment. With the development of coal enterprises, human resourcesmanagement tends to play a more important role. In view of the situation of thehuman resources management of coal enterprises, it is necessary to develop a humanresources management system that applies to various departments of coal enterprisesusing an advanced information technology. As a result, it will help much withlabor-saving, material and financial resources saving. Meanwhile, the management ofthe enterprises will become more scientific and orderly.Considering the characteristics of coal industry and the actual demand of humanresource management of coal enterprises, the thesis aims to create an informationsystem for the human resource management of coal enterprises by developingsoftware. The main work is as follows: 1.The analysis of the system is done after an in-depth study on the humanresource management system of the coal company. Based on the system analysis, adetailed design for the system is accomplished. At last, after coding realization, thesystem is tested a lot.2. After studying on the problems met in the implementation of sub module ofthe system, some feasible solutions are found with the key technology applied in therealization of the system. Besides, the further study on the technology involved isconducted.3.The software system of human resource management of coal enterprises is setup with the use of MFC, SQL Server2012and other related development tools anddatabase technology.4.There are10main functional modules involved in the realization of the system.They are wages management module, system management module, the dailymanagement module, department management module, insurance managementmodule, and recruitment management module and so forth.5.The stored procedure is applied in order to improve the system performanceand efficiency. Moreover, the research with query optimization is conducted, makingthe system more efficient and practical.With the development and application of human resource management system ofthe coal company, the work efficiency and accuracy of the human resourcemanagement of the coal enterprise could be significantly improved. Therefore, thehuman resources management of the coal company will become more efficient,convenient and faster.
