This paper based on the MVC pattern that hasdeveloped a mobile meter reading system.The system has run normally on the simulator, tablet PCs and mobile phones. It is able to complete the planned site of household metering function quickly, provide aperfect experience for employees, and provides electricity suppliers a "walking office"mobile meter reading solutions.
