Since the Wireless Intelligent Meter-Reading System can copy meter-reading data in the circumstances of no entering the room, the data can be sent and received by wireless transmission module, high accuracy of data reception, Which has incomparable advantages to traditional meter reading.The Intelligent Meter-Reading System Based on Wireless Communication has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad.There are a little renovation based on the traditional Water meter, installing a Magnetic Sensors on the mechanical water meter, to achieve the rotation of Mechanical water meter convert to electrical pulse signal. The research content and innovation as follows. Firstly, it is acquiring pulse terminal, installing magnetic sensor on user's water meter, magnetic sensor can turn the water flow into the pulse output, the pulse can be transmitted by the wireless transmission module to the hand-held meter reading apparatus. Secondly, it is receiving data terminal, the hand-held meter reading apparatus stored the pulse data received by wireless receiving module in the storage module, and displayed through the LCD, Setting the keyboard to type user name and the date, all received information and data will be transmitted to the PC through the USB interface. Finally, after a brief introduction of the key elements of the system, we highlighted and formulated those core contents such as wireless communication protocol, the communication between hand-held meter reading apparatus and the PC, the PC's receiving, storing, displaying data of the system. we achieved the desired results after debugging our system.The Wireless Intelligent Meter-Reading System we built in the article is able to copy meter-reading data real-time and accurately. It is not only able to achieve to copy meter-reading data by compartment door, but also has the advantages of ultra low power consumption, make up for the lack of the traditional meter reading, providing the convenience of analyzing and processing data for the management center.
