In recent years, with the progress of industrial society and technological development,companiesare making more strict demands on the production process and product quality, many companies adopted to monitor the quality of production process in the case of industrial monitoring network.Industrial monitoring network is to monitor the quality of the generation process of information in enterprise and establish industrial LAN, to realize the real-time access to information in the process of generating.Industrial monitoring network to connect the intelligent instrument and computer and data acquisition system is deployed on the computer side. Periodically perform data acquisition operations according to the communication protocol. To obtain data through the data list and curve form for display.But in the industrial monitoring network for deployment, due to intelligent instrument complex working environment, during the debugging of network communication, often can meet the status of the communication is defeated. The traditional way is one by one for every intelligent instrument for data communication debugging. So develop a detecting the network communication status of software that can improve the efficiency of industrial monitoring network deployment and saving deployment time.In order to solve the industrial monitoring network deployment cycle is long and difficult problems, this paperdeveloped a detecting the network communication status of software. Through the basis of the current situation at home and abroad to study the communication and detection software for the design and development, at the same time, this paper proposes a more efficient data mining algorithm, then compares the validation. First of all, the whole process of communication are described, mainly includes the interface initialization, send data acquisition command, receive the returned data stream, to parse the data, data quality control and data identification, real-time data obtained at the same time, access to intelligent instruments communication condition, finally at the front to get according to the situation of the real-time data and communication status.Secondly, in order to facilitate the design of the system is described, according to the principle of hierarchical design, the system is divided into physical layer, acquisition layers and display layers. Then, to facilitate the later people less collaborative system for development and maintenance costs, in the design process shall be carried out in accordance with the module design, the whole test system is divided into data acquisition module, data processing module, configuration module, intelligent instruments communication status display module, real time data display module, and visualization module.Between the various modules according to the definition of a standard interface for independent development and design, reduces the coupling between modules.Finally, in the process of the design of data acquisition module, the analysis of the traditional way of collecting, on the basis of obtained data acquisition delay time, more efficient data acquisition algorithm was presented, and the data acquisition algorithm implementation, at the same time to application development, network traffic condition detection tools for performance verification.In this paper, the communication status detection software system design scheme, during the deployment of industrial monitoring network, all intelligent instrumentsin the network communication status detection, can shorten the network deployment time, improve the efficiency of the network deployment, saving the cost of personnel. The application and implementation of efficient data acquisition algorithm, can improve the stability of data acquisition system, ensure the accuracy of the communication test software, meet the needs of enterprises.
