With the rapid development of the building industry,traditional manual reading data from dial and the way of filling in the detected data to generate test data artificially can not guarantee the scientific nature,fairness,accuracy of the test data. The use of the quality management system for construction materials will ensure the scientific nature,fairness and accuracy of the test data,thus ensuring the normative and authoritative of the inspection reports;and it will also be strict to eliminate the use of substandard construction materials,to avoid "rubbish" projects. so that the quality of the construction can be controlled and improved effectively. The use of the network monitoring system will greatly enhance the monitoring capabilities of the superior quality building materials department of the station,and its use by members of the pilot chapter operations must also play a role in the supervision,so that the testing report generated can be more scientific,more accurately and more just.This paper is based on the joint development of "quality of construction materials management system" by the Technology Database and Intelligent Network Laboratory of School of Computer Science and Technology in Jilin University. Changchun Materials Test Machine Ltd.,and Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Inspection Center of Qiqihar City,and it studies the data collection in the mechanics test and the design and implementation process of the network monitoring. and it also takes the carbon structural steel for example to study the adaptive algorithm of collecting the yield points in the testing of the steel and other metal materials,and study the development of theory and work flow of the System.The principle of the building materials mechanical test is:When the testing machine carries out pressure or pull on the building materials,the testing machine load system passes the forces generated by the piston to the pressure sensors through the fuel tank,and the pressure sensors will convert the collected load signals into electrical signal and then pass them to the data acquisition instrument,and thus the data acquisition program gets the test results of load,displacement,deformation and so on by reading and analyzing the data acquisition.This paper is to study the part of data collection,which plays an important role in the detecting management system,and it is to complete the step of detect a "pilot" of the building materials.Its role is to collect the test data and draw the curve in real-time when the building materials is received the mechanical test,and finally the test results and the entire testing process collected data is saved to the database.The drawing of curves maps out the load - displacement,load - time to load - deformation curves according to different tests.For example:the type of steel and other metal-type building materials test default rendering - displacement or load - deformation curves, other tests such as concrete,lightweight aggregate,cement,bricks,etc.And they default the load - time curve.Before the experiment,the type of the drawing curves' coordinate can also be set up.The data collection procedures takes Eclipse as the development platform,and adopts the idea of plug-ins development,and it sends commands to the data acquisition instrument with serial communication,and than it reads the data sent by the collection instrument,and thus carries out the analysis correctly,and at the same time makes the load,displacement,deformation,load peak and other data through the analysis show at the interface of the procedure,and maps out the graphs simultaneously.This process is implemented by the approach of time-triggered,in a triggered time,to read the binary data stream in sequence of the acquisition instrument,and to resolve the binary data streams of the acquisition instrument,then to display the data dynamically and to map the curve simultaneously,and in the next triggered time,the same step is repeated.The data acquisition procedures can be applied to many test requirements,including a total of 26 major categories,such as steel,sand,stone,cement,concrete,bricks and so on besides 82 kinds of construction materials,in order to guarantee the universal and independence of data acquisition, the future new building Experimental Materials are given a bound.In the part of the data acquisition,we study and explore the development of Eclipse plug-in technology, SWT/Jface,serial communications,multi-threaded,JFree Chart rendering the curves simultaneously,and we also study the adaptive algorithm of acquisition yield point at the time of the testing of the types of steel and other metal materials.The control way of the data acquisition has two means:one is the manual control mode;the other is the automatic control mode.Manual control mode is in control of the entire test process by manually clicking on the buttons of the "start test","reset trial","The End Test","save data";automatic mode is not carried out through the manual clicking on the buttons.To take for the test of the carbon structural steel for example:When the trial opens the testing machine and starts testing it,when the test machine's pull for the tensile test sample of carbon structural steel is greater than the test automatically the smallest entrance load value set by the test system(according to different construction materials,it can be set up by the Laboratory assistant on their own),and the system starts collecting the data automatically,and it will make the collected load,displacement,deformation load peak and other information displayed on the user's interface dynamically and simultaneously,and it draws the load - displacement curve simultaneously,when the test is completed,it will calculate the load limits and the yield point value of the test samples of carbon structural steel.The data collected in the tests of the types of steel and other metal-type building materials is not automatically saved,while the data collected in the tests of other types of construction materials is automatically saved.The yield patterns of Metallic materials hava many kinds,At first,the adaptive algorithm of the yield point must determine the yield model of metallic materials,then remove the " Pseudo-yield point",finally,determine the true yield point.In this paper,the network monitoring part is the subsystem of the "quality of construction materials management system",which is based on B / S mode and developed with the ASP.NET as the development platform.The role of network monitoring subsystems is through the way of the website,the superior quality supervision department carries out the query and statistics with the experimental data from the affiliated stations to keep abreast of test results,which plays a more effective supervision with the subordinate inspection station.The subordinate inspection station through the data upload process uploads the simultaneous detected test results to the server of the senior regulatory authorities,and the senior regulatory authorities checks the test results through the network monitoring program,which improves the capacity of the regulatory efficiently,and the superior regulatory authorities through the network of surveillance cameras can monitor the testing of the construction materials of the Laboratory assistant more effectively,which achieves the objectives of the project quality control better.In the part of network monitoring,we study and explore the ASP.NET Web program development,ASP.NET security strategy,ADO.NET database access technologies,as well as technologies such as crystal report.The procedure implements the function of the composite query statistics,and uploads the resulting data to the superior department director in the form of a single report,which has a good user experience.This article also examines the monitoring of the network cameras,and also gives A set of economical and practical solution about the monitoring design.At present,the data collection and network monitoring program has passed the acceptance testing with good results,and the system has also been promoted and used in Qiqihar City.
