After entering the 21 st century,with the rapid development of science and technology,industrial informatization driven by information technology such as the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence is imperative.Among them,the United States put forward the "industrial Internet",Germany proposed "Industry 4.0",China also put forward "made in China 2025",these industrial information strategy proposed,has caused a new global manufacturing boom.Today,increasingly sophisticated networking technology,is gradually being applied to a large scale in industrial manufacturing,intelligent workshop is in support of these technologies are born.Intelligent workshop workshop can achieve full network coverage,signal acquisition can be monitored and comprehensive workshop,automatically issued operating instructions,production,processing,handling,commissioning and maintenance operations.By analyzing the intelligence workshop,which leads to the industrial plants SCADA studied in this paper.The system takes two STM32 microprocessor as the core,respectively responsible for external data acquisition(main control Board)and man-machine interface(interactive board)two major functions.The external sensor completes the data transfer with the main control board through the serial port protocol,and then communicates remotely with the total control end through the wireless communication module.Among them,in the hardware circuit design of the system,it mainly designs the acquisition terminal circuit,the main control Board circuit and the wireless communication circuit.The system software design part,first carries on the development to the data acquisition module,including the voltage current module,the Fire prevention module,the camera monitoring module and so on software programming.Secondly,the GPRS/WIFI communication program is developed to realize data transmission between the workshop and the general control end.Finally,the GPS positioning module,interactive board human-machine interface and CAN communication program are developed,and the functions of data transmission,data collection,humanmachine interface interaction and positioning monitoring are finally realized.Finally,the general control center will be collected by the various workshop data collation and analysis,abnormal situation,the General control Center will start the alarm device,and immediately analyze the cause of the failure,inform the abnormal w orkshop for maintenance,increase the safety of the workshop.In the research process of the system there are also some shortcomings,hoping to be gradually perfected in the future research and design.This design can meet most of the factory data transmission,data acquisition and location monitoring functions,the promotion of industrial informationization has a reference role.
