With the rapid development of the technology of IoT,the Industrial IoT comes into being,and the data acquisition technology is the key technology of the Industrial IoT.Establishing and perfecting the data acquisition system has become the key point of the industrial informatization.Modern manufacturing site have many production lines and dispersed equipment.The human cost to the industrial site for data acquisition is high.And some on-site operating environment is so bad that not suitable for workers to directly collect in the scene.On the controller side,most of the controller of industrial data acquisition system is industrial computer at present.It is difficult to meet the requirement of miniaturization,large capacity and multi-parameter of data acquisition;For the data acquisition system based on DSP and microcontroller,the man-machine interaction ability is poor and the price is expensive.In addition,the traditional data acquisition system has some other problems.The communication protocol is poor in openness and versatility.Client software upgrade maintenance is very troublesome and inefficient.In terms of data monitoring,traditional monitoring systems are continuously operating,resulting in a lot of energy wastage.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study industrial field data acquisition and monitoring system based on CortexA9 and B/S architecture.This paper presents a data acquisition and monitored system based on ARM and B/S architecture.The system is designed and implemented from data acquisition terminal and monitoring server platform.Based on the miniaturization,large capacity and low cost of acquisition terminals,the core modules and related sensor modules based on CortexA9 are determined.Based on remote acquisition,communication protocol unification and a large number of continuous data acquisition,WiFi is selected as a network transmission mode.On the basis of completing the hardware platform design,the cross-compiling environment is built.Then the bootloader and the android operating system are transplanted.Next the software of the acquisition terminal is designed.Firstly,the driver of temperature and humidity sensor and the dust sensor module is carried out;then the data acquisition application is designed,and the algorithm of the Intelligent object dynamic detection of the image sensor module is researched and realized.At the same time,the collecting terminal data transmission programs and the software of data processing servers,database servers and Web servers was designed.The web front-end monitoring interface is designed and realized.The image processing module based on JavaScript is added in the acquisition image processing section.Combined with the latest canvas technology,the image information collected can be processed directly on the Web.It eliments the trouble of developing specialized software.For data monitoring,transmission is performed only when the data is changed.It greatly reduces power consumption and has strong practicality.This paper comprehensively utilizes the technology of data acquisition,transmission,MySQL database storage and Web display based on HTML5.And the data acquisition and monitoring system of the industrial site is realized.The test results show that the terminal and the server are stable and the data can be easily and quickly collected and monitored.It can meet the expected requirements.The results of this paper have a wide reference for the implementation of data collection and monitoring solutions for industrial sites.
