With the improvement of modern social science and technology and economic standards, Everyone is in the pursuit of a more comfortable living environment, Their demand for intelligent life becomes stronger. And the development of Internet of Things(IoT) technology will make it all become within reach undoubtedly. The topic of this article is a real IoT applications in terms of intelligent monitoring.In this paper, the system based on Android platform for IoT data collecting and monitoring is designed to achieve the purpose of monitor, analysis and statistics for Collection equipment of different ranges. It consists three parts from the organizational structure, namely the front sensor data collection terminal, which mainly composed of some commonly used sensors, STC micro controller and Bluetooth module. This part is mainly responsible for collecting data from some sensors through MCU and conveying these data by Bluetooth module. The server handles client requests by web service, which is published in tomcat container and stores devices’data by MySQL database. Android mobile client, this part is monitoring terminal of the whole system. It mainly implements intelligent monitoring for the system via Bluetooth and wireless communication. With the network permission, Android client cooperates with data server, the system can monitor the data server in IoT, Thus monitor different acquisition nodes widely distributed over a wide range. In certain site without network, Android client cooperates with the front collection terminal, the system can collect and monitor data by Bluetooth communication directly.Overall, the system in this paper merges Data collection, transmission, monitoring and display functions. By testing each part of the system realization and entire communication, we can find this system completes intelligent monitoring for those related equipment in the scene or LAN. In summary, it has practical value.
