Beijing municipal bridge maintenance management group is a large state-owned enterprise, and it has a number of enterprise assets. These enterprise assets are belong to various grassroots units. Because the communications of grassroots units are absent, the asset management is non-existent and some investments on the assets are duplicated. At the same time, the difficulties in the scheduling will cause that some assets cannot exert its maximum effect. With the increase of the group scale, the assets increases, and then the above problems will become more and more difficult to be solved. In order to help the enterprise to manage the assets efficiently, the assets management system of enterprise asset lifecycle management should be needed, and it will plays the role of aiding decision making.The maintenance group asset management system adopts B/S architecture. Considering the security and confidentiality, the system is deployed in the group internal LAN. For the safety and reliability, the system uses the Oracle database. On the selection of the application server, the purchased technical services are used. At the same time, the free and open source software JBoss is adopted, and the JBPM workflow products which can ntegrated with JBoss is also chosen. On this basis, through the load balancing software F5, the lateral extension of the application server is implemented. In this way, an efficient and stable assets management system is constructed.Beijing municipal bridge maintenance management group assets management system consists of four core modules, the assets information management, assets transfer, assets normal retirement, and asset guarantee. The four modules constitute the whole life cycle management of the enterprise assets, and it realizes the scientific management of enterprise assets. The construction of the system promotes the informatization process of maintenance group. All of the asset informations can be integrated into a system, then it improves asset utilization, and reduces the likelihood of idle assets. At the same time, through the effective analysis of these assets, the operating status of the enterprise can be obtained, which provides the auxiliary decision information effectively.During the construction process of the system, it should take into account the scalability of the system in the business and in the performance, so as to build a adaptive asset management system with the development of enterprise..
