Research On The Project Life Cycle Optimization Of The First Phase About Traffic Management

With the management of modern project developing, it has been widely used in scientific research, services, construction, as well as the computer engineering which I will study in this paper. There is a definition of the software life cycle and a set of methods based on software development, debugging, testing and operation of final-stage management.For the integrated computer information system management, there are different emphasis and characteristics, compared with ordinary management: First, the integrated project of information system must satisfy customers and users’ needs, because they are often capricious and don’t have clear demands; Secondly, because of the high integration of technology, a large designing team, the specialization of designers, and the high mobility of those young team members, so we should be more stringent for each stage of the personnel and mission. Finally, because of the development of a great deal of software and hardware system, a large amount of new technologies must be needed in the process of the project. Besides, the life cycle of the project is generally shorter, and the use and maintenance are complex, so the management of the project also includes a lot of work.In view of the above characteristics, this paper takes a computer company in Beijing building a checkpoint traffic illegal automatic detection system for example, combine the software life cycle with computer engineering information system. Firstly, according to the analysis of each stage for this case, list specific work and cost in each stage. Second, make the necessary analysis for this project by using the common knowledge of management we have learnt, methods and tools, combining with the characteristics of computer information management system. Finally summarize the project, put forward information management system of the computer engineering that need to be considered and the feasibility and significance of life cycle’s optimization. At last,come up with some suggestions for reference.
