Abstract/Summary:
Today,China’s market economy is developing rapidly,asset intensive enterprises are easy to encounter bottlenecks in asset management when expanding their scale.Although asset digitization can reduce some management pressure,there are still problems such as account reconciliation,responsibility determination,asset loss,non-standard process and imperfect system,so enterprises cannot accurately operate and make decisions on the input cost of assets.With the attention of enterprises to asset management,the industry has gradually formed a relatively clear asset management process,and reduced costs and increased efficiency through the asset management system.Asset management system is a system to help enterprises carry out asset digitization and fine management.It uses bar code technology to mark the physical assets and track the situation of managed assets in the life cycle.The asset use management system in this paper makes the asset management system more information-based,process oriented and standardized through the standardized control of call,inventory,change and other links,and makes the management to posts,responsibilities to people and rights and responsibilities more clear.Firstly,this paper analyzes the requirements of the asset use management subsystem through the use case diagram,which is divided into three functions:asset use management,basic information management and system management.Among them,asset use management includes nine sub functions:asset change,asset collection,asset borrowing,asset return,asset inventory,asset transfer,asset idle,asset scrap and asset disposal.It standardizes the process of daily use of assets,makes management more flexible,effectively improves work efficiency and greatly increases the accuracy of asset data.Basic information management maintains the information that needs to be referenced in the process of maintaining assets,ensures uniform data format and reduces the cost of system use and understanding.System management includes settings for stopping and enabling the approval process to meet the needs of enterprises of different sizes for the use of the approval process.Secondly,combined with the model driven development framework(MDD),the system design is completed through the system architecture diagram,function module diagram,E-R diagram,flow chart,class diagram and sequence diagram.In the end,system functions are realized with the help of various engines in MDD,and the system meets the delivery standard through function test and performance test.The system development is mainly based on the model driven development framework.Through the highly abstract business model and support engine,the system with huge demand can be realized with as little development cost as possible.The asset use management subsystem realized in this paper meets the actual needs of enterprises and has been put into use in many industries.
