Design And Implement Of Asset Management Information System

With the deepening reform and rapid development of the manufacturing,many enterprises are facing the severe situation such as the rapid increase in quantity and types of asset,the increasing expansion of asset scale,the more complex asset structure and so on.All these changes determine that an enterprise needs to improve the informatization construction of asset management.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a safe and stable asset management information system.By means of the system,the static and dynamic data of asset can be consulted,analyzed and shared quickly,which helps the management level to master the operational status of assets and make decisions.The effective asset allocation can maximize benefit and enhance enterprise competitiveness,thus it realize profit maximization finally.Firstly this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing management problems and focus on the demand analysis and system design based on the present situation and the characteristics of the enterprise asset management.It takes the “three whole” management concept as the guiding ideology,which includes life cycle asset management,total assets management and full business coverage.Then the life cycle frame and system function structure of asset management have been put forward.And there are some key business processes of asset management mainly elaborated such as early business,asset added record,asset operation and maintenance,asset retirement,etc.And it designs and develops the asset management information system,which provides an effective solution for the research object.Finally,this paper has developed a set of asset management information system by means of B/S architecture,.NET development platform and Oracle server database.It realizes data management,query and print,reports and statistics,financial transaction functions of total assets from cradle to grave.It provides a unified asset processing platform for all business departments and realizes data sharing and centralized asset management,which meets the requirements of asset management and bring more far-reaching significance for the long-term development and competitiveness improvement of the enterprise.
