| The application of Computer and Internet technology has penetrated into every corner of our daily life and work.It has been a symbol of the modernization of an enterprise whether whose management is informationalized.The project is under the background of the comprehensive construction of smart grid of the SGCC(State Grid Corporation of China),a more intelligent and informationalized measurement assets management system is required by the grass-roots power supply enterprise.The life cycle storage management system of measurement assets is differnet from a general warehouse management.An electric energy meter should have a life-cycle recording and tracking from its factory to scrap.The previous manual management is time-consuming and laborious,once the electric energy meter is confusion or lost when distribution,will result in measuring error,unable to pay,missort and remote recall error,but also causes the loss of state-owned assets.The project designed a measurement asset life cycle storage management system of a power supply enterprise.The system is based on B/S architecture(the browser/server structure).The browser side is mainly used HTML and CSS Web page design technology;server side mainly relates to the ASP.NET and database technology.The advantage of this structure to C/S(Client/Server)is that the users can manage the assets through the browser of any network terminal computer,without the need to maintain the client.This design of the system is simple and practical,easy and quick to develop.The paper analyzed the characteristics and requirement of measurement asset management system of a power supply enterprise,and puts forward the design thought and the basic scheme under Web environment,and offered the detail demand analysis and function design during the development process.The system can manage the measurement asset simply,efficiently and accurately,mainly about the management of asset information and asset status of electric energy meter and current transformer,including warehousing operations,storage/outbound/asset query and statistics,asset positions,operation information,asset status etc..The administrator has the advantages of simple operation and small amount of maintenance. |
