The Design And Implementation Of China Life Asset Management System

The electronic information management level and degree of an enterprise sresources largely reflects the competition ability of the enterprise. In order to bettermanagement of their assets and strengthen the macro control of assets and specificmanagement, China Life Insurance Company develops a set of assets datamanagement system which can realize the centralized management and monitoringfor fixed asset and bad asset wtich belong to the China Life. This paper completes therequirement analysis and design of the asset management system.The system satisfies the asset management system s functional requirements.Firstly it proposes the design principle of the system architecture which runs throughthe whole system architecture design. In this series of design principles, it mainlyreflects our financial business integration,the profound management thought andprofessional experience of project implementation.The system utilizes existing computer and communication technology to meet theJ2EE specification for multilayer framework model and establis a national centralizedasset management system. Each province, city as a user of the system in a certainauthorization uses the system for business processing and centralized management ofbusiness data. The system allows authorized external system for data exchange via theinterface. The system realizes the day-to-day business processing on the assets,themaking,reporting, audit for disposal plan,provides flexible query statistics,reportmaking, examination management and print management. It also meets assetmonitoring, planning, budgeting and other management functions.
