With the increasingly complex business environment,many of the world's leading power companies have begun to introduce advanced asset management concepts and methods to achieve economic,safe and stable operation of grid assets,as well as to meet the multi-stakeholder requirements,and strive to promote the enterprise Sustained and healthy development.In this circumstance,the State Grid Corporation in accordance with the company's development strategy and different periods of asset management requirements,the overall balance between asset safety,efficiency and cycle costs of the relationship between the three from the overall objectives of the system,involving safety management,performance management,Management and other professional.With the help of modern information management methods,in accordance with the principle of system engineering,modular,standardized,lean and many other integrated design of scientific methods to achieve the asset life cycle management evaluation decision-making work.To achieve the purpose of better assisting and promoting the life cycle management of the assets of the State Grid Corporation.This paper first introduces the general background and basis of the decision-making of asset life cycle management evaluation,the purpose and significance of research and development and some existing problems.It clarifies that the system administrator,business department leader,business department is responsible for the system operation and maintenance personnel And the non-functional requirements such as business requirements,document requirements,training requirements,performance requirements and so on are analyzed for the system management,evaluation model,evaluation analysis,evaluation proposal,evaluation process and so on.On this basis,the function of the system architecture,data architecture,the various functional modules,databases and other related content of a detailed design analysis.Secondly,according to the demand analysis and design of multiple modules of the system,the development of asset life cycle management evaluation decision system is realized.In the development process through the unit test and module integration test the way the system repeated testing,in order to timely discover the system problems,to improve.After the development of the system,the centralized system function test will be carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the system operation.Later,the Department will be applied to the company headquarters and pilot network company,according to the application effect,decide whether to carry out the rest of the network to promote the work.In this paper,the evaluation index system of the whole life cycle management of the company's assets is established.According to the different voltage level,different equipment and different importance factors,the corresponding standardized processing is carried out for the quantitative index data,and the asset life cycle management is analyzed,evaluated and decided Mathematical model,to provide a clear coefficient of the decision-making system to determine the principles and basis,and in practice applied to the model validation and sensitivity analysis,revised and improved the index model.
