With the continuous development of Internet of Things (IOT) for many years as the sensing technology, computer technology and communication technology integration and innovation of the product, the IOT is bound to set off the third wave of the world’s information and communication technology industry, and real-time processing of huge amounts of data and information intelligence to obtain become possible. Based on the background, this thesis combined with the widely applied in many fields life cycle management techniques(LCM), starting from the actual needs of the mobile asset security management, design of the whole life cycle of mobile asset management system, during operation of mobile assets equipment condition and the use of real-time information collection and supervision.The entire mobile asset life-cycle platform consists of two parts:the remote control system and local monitoring system. Local monitoring system, the collection node (Node) placed on the monitored mobile devices, is mainly responsible for the operation of the equipment in the temperature and humidity, operating status, changes of assets carried out data acquisition, and a short-range wireless transmission will be collected to the data is sent to the sink node (Sink). Aggregation nodes (Sink) is placed in the mobile base station, is mainly responsible for the collection of mobile devices running the same time, each collection node (Node) information sent over the aggregated and packaged for data transmission via GPRS technology and remote control system. Remote control system for data transmission over the sink node using the concept of LCM, from storage to mobile devices placed in the base station in a library full life development process of the implementation of continuous, coordinated and integrated management, including inquiries on the number of mobile devices, all within the scope of monitoring usage and status information and remote operation of base station equipment. Finally, considering the various stages of the problem, and concurrent design methods to achieve real-time monitoring of the mobile device is running.This work focused on the study of the LCM, the collection of nodes placed on a mobile device and placed in the base station node of convergence of the local monitoring system, as well as the aggregation node and remote control system for remote data communications.Platform for LCM concept is based on a combination of sensor technology in the IOT, short-range wireless communications technology, GPRS technology, the choice of low-power, multi-mode embedded microprocessors and high-performance special power supply, tests have shown, the stable platform for running state, the distance from the transfer of information between nodes, transmission equipment reliability with low power consumption, small size, equipment installation and easy to use, scalable, and anti-jamming ability, and a wide range of applications features.
