The Design And Implementation Of Commercial Bank Performance Appraisal System

In recent years, the kind of bank personal financial products is increasingly rich. Projects with core competence in financing center has become the focus of the object for the banking industry promotion, personal financial business has increasingly become the bank’s main industry and profit growth point. Therefore, commercial banks began to pay attention to the personal financial business performance evaluation, and pay more attention to the evaluation of diversification, scientific and timely, which puts forward more diversified and open demands on the performance of appraisal system. This paper will focus on the development of examination system to adapt to this need.Based on the introduction of current commercial bank performance appraisal, this paper researches and analyses the existing performance appraisal management problems. Based on comprehensive access to the actual needs of the users, to find the best technical solutions and to carry out development and construction system, gradually carries on the demand analysis, functional design, database design, system implementation and operation test etc.The development of the system utilizes J2EE, ASP.NET MVC and other mainstream technology platform, using the B/S structure mode, the database uses Informix to store the data, and designing and developing the mobile terminal access technology. In the design of the system, based on the structured analysis and design, realized the main modules of the deposits, loans, profit simulation, EVA, marketing relationship management.Implementation and deployment of this system basically achieves the design goal of comprehensive, objective, fair assessment and reflection for both personal and department marketing management achievements. The design pays attention to the transparency of evaluation results, and more to the evaluation process, which would improve the efficiency of assessment and at the same time, enhance the enthusiasm of the staff. Performance appraisal system prompted bank managers to improve operation mode, enhance high efficiency, and contributed to the promotion of bank performance.
