Design And Implementation Of Employee Performance Appraisal System For A Commercial Bank Based On SOA

China’s accession to the WTO brings great impact to domestic banks, the Commercial Bank of our country must be adjusted from the financial system. It is an important aspect for the employee performance appraisal. Standard examination of the bank is not unified, appraisal system is not standardized, many are based on human feelings, so the work efficiency is very difficult to do for each employee performance appraisal fairness, reducing the staffs working enthusiasm. Therefore, the construction of a standardized performance evaluation system to complete the bank appraisal of staff performance has become a very important work.In this dissertation, through practical research on employee performance in our country commercial bank evaluation system, combined with the actual requirements of the commercial bank performance evaluation, using the service oriented architecture (SOA),.Net platform and C#language, and discusses a design scheme of SOA commercial bank performance evaluation system based on. The realization of the system and implementation can greatly improve the fairness and efficiency of commercial bank performance evaluation.This system with SOA architecture as the foundation, uses the object-oriented analysis and design methods of analysis and design of each function module. Through the analysis, the performance evaluation management into account management, performance analysis, performance evaluation, performance evaluation of query performance evaluation report and evaluation index management. In this paper a detailed analysis of the design of these modules, the functions of the system. The system adopts the design of multi-level structure, and analyze the design and interaction at different levels.
