The current IT market, mainly to small and medium-sized enterprises, in the fiercecompetition in the social environment, how small and medium-sized IT companies inensuring their core competitiveness, rational utilization of human resources, reduce theirlabor costs has become the priority among priorities. In the traditional human resourcesmanagement work, to complete the data amount and personnel policies and regulationsof the crud work, spend a lot of time in the regulations and these conventional query andrelated policy solution to make IT enterprise HR, is not conducive to the improvementof work efficiency and the work of human resources development. After the actual use proof, thepersonnel management system designed in this paper can meet the need of IT Enterprise Inc personnel management. Through the use of personnel management system, thecompany personnel management system, standardization, automation, so as to improvethe efficiency of company management.
